المتطلبات
: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field. * CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is preferred. * Minimum 15 years of experience in the finance field. * Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a CFO or equivalent role. * Proven experience in the real estate development sector in Saudi Arabia. * Practical experience dealing with investment funds and real estate funds. * Experience in bank financing and real estate project financing. * Strong ability to build relationships with investors and financial institutions. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
