المتطلبات
• Saudi National • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of solid experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition • Proven experience in local recruitment, Saudization, and employee transfers • Strong experience in overseas recruitment and international hiring • Good knowledge of Saudi government platforms and recruitment procedures • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and recruitment compliance • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise local recruitment activities and hiring plans • Support the company’s Saudization and workforce localization objectives • Manage overseas recruitment activities and external recruitment agencies • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies • Supervise internal recruitment and employee placement activities • Manage recruitment transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi Labor Law and company policies • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower
