Utilities Manager Opportunity in Shaqra 🚨 WE ARE HIRING | UTILITIES MANAGER We are looking for an experienced Utilities Manager to join a leading Poultry Processing Plant in Saudi Arabia. 📍Location: Shaqra, Saudi Arabia 🔹 Position: Utilities Manager 🎯 Job Purpose: Responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of all utility systems supporting the poultry processing plant. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all plant utility systems and operations. - Ensure reliable operation of power generation, electrical systems, boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, RO amp; water treatment, wastewater/STP, compressed air, HVAC, firefighting systems, and related utilities. - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans. - Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy and cost optimization. - Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, food safety, and regulatory

. - Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for utility breakdowns and failures. - Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. - Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance activities, and utility-related projects. - Monitor utility KPIs, equipment reliability, downtime, and maintenance performance. - Manage the utilities department budget and control operating and maintenance costs. - Lead, develop, and train the utilities team. - Support plant expansion and improvement projects related to utilities and infrastructure.🎓
